Building a More Resilient Energy Future
Our story, our people, and our commitment to revolutionizing off-grid energy.

Our Story
Our story began with a few questions no one seemed to be asking.
What if power didn’t have to travel miles to matter?
What if it could be made—and used—right where life happens?
That’s how lokl began. Not as a product, but as a shift in thinking. The old model—centralized grids, diesel backups, fragile lines—was built for another time. Vulnerable to outages. Exposed to rising rates. Dependent on dirty fuels. So we built something else. A new kind of power. Modular. Mobile. Rugged. And local.
Energy systems that live where they’re needed—on the edge of the map or at the center of a community. Wind, solar, battery, and low-emission backup—built to run nonstop, built to last, built to keep going when everything else breaks down. No distance. No downtime. No surprise costs. Just clean, resilient, regenerative energy—without the drag of yesterday’s infrastructure. This is always-on power.
This is the lokl story and we appreciate the people who did the impossible.
Our people
Engineers, builders, problem-solvers—every role powers the possible.
